Access conditions

Bernard Moves Ltd (“bernard”) offers these conditions. Bernard Moves Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 17343403, registered office 1 Mentmore Terrace, London E8 3PN.

When you tick the box, you agree to these conditions for yourself and for the organisation you name on the form.

1. Purpose. Use the Security Pack only to assess bernard as a supplier for your organisation.
2. Who can see it. Share the pack only with people in your organisation, or your advisers, who take part in that assessment. Tell them these conditions apply.
3. No publishing. Do not publish the pack, post it online, or send it to anyone else.
4. Personal access. Your link is for you alone. Access ends 30 days after we send it. Ask us again if you need more time.
5. Point in time. The documents describe the service on the date shown on each one. They are not a contract and they make no promise about the future. The bernard Terms of Service, and any Data Processing Agreement you sign with us, govern the service.
6. Delete your copies. When the assessment ends, delete any copies you downloaded or printed. You can keep one copy if your own records policy or the law requires it.
7. Law. The law of England and Wales governs these conditions. The courts of England and Wales decide any dispute about them.
